Your tariff change will be effective within the next 5 working days. In about 3-4 weeks, you’ll receive a letter in the post to confirm the change. This letter will give you all the information you need to know about your new tariff and anything we need you to do. In the meantime, put your feet up and relax in the knowledge that your energy is under control.
Please note: your Direct Debit amount will not change immediately - it will be reviewed in the coming weeks.
