Managing your Direct Debit
Whether you need to fill in a new mandate, change the date you'd like to pay or even tell us what you'd like to pay each month, simply call our customer help centre.
Before you call, make sure you have a new meter reading to hand so we can process your request quickly.
Submitting a meter reading
If you're moving home, please don't forget to let us know. We have a quick online form that you need to fill in to help your move go smoothly.
Click here to tell us you're moving - but remember to take your readings on the day you move to ensure your bill is accurate.

Request an old bill or statement
Looking for an old bill or a copy of your annual statement? Click here and fill in the form.
We'll pop the documents into the post for you as soon as possible.
If your account is in credit and you would like to request a refund, we'll be happy to help. Simply, click here and fill in our form and we'll refund your account. However, please note that, if you're a direct debit customer, a credit in your account is usually used to cover you over times when you're using more energy e.g. the winter months.
