Regardless of how you pay your bills or how often you provide meter readings we will send our agents to your property twice a year, our agents will come to obtain a meter reading and check your meter. We will check your meter to make sure the equipment is safe and that it is working correctly, as your supplier we have an legal obligation to complete a safety check of your meter every 2 years.

Who are our agents?

Our agents are Morrison Data Services, we employ them to read your meter, undertake safety checks and carry out any maintenance to your metering equipment when required.

When visiting the property our agents will:

  • Be clearly identifiable by their photo badge
  • Have the skills necessary to read your meter quickly and accurately
  • Be smartly dressed and friendly
