If your account is showing a credit, we are happy to refund this amount back to you. We do first ask you to consider that in the spring and summer, you should expect to be in credit, as your energy consumption will be lower during these lighter, warmer months. The credit showing is likely to be needed to cover your higher usage in the cooler, darker winter months. Due to this, we must take a whole year's view when assessing requests for refunds.
We aim to review your Direct Debit regularly to ensure it is set at the right level, however if you would still like to request a refund of a credit showing on your account, you can do so by completing a Refund Request form.
