You can pay for your energy in several ways:
Direct debit allows you to spread the cost of your energy over the year with fixed payments from your bank account. We offer monthly and four-weekly payment options, with regular payment dates to choose from.
If you would like to switch to a Direct Debit tariff, click here and complete a switch.
You can manage your Co-operative Energy account online, which is accessible by clicking here. This allows you to submit regular meter readings so you can ensure your bills are as accurate as possible. You can also view your account balance and make one-off payments with your debit card.
You can call our automated freephone payment service on 0800 092 8277. Simply using your number pad to enter your details, and can pay any amount between £10 and £5000.
If you prefer to pay by cash then you can use one of the hundreds of PayPoint outlets across the UK. For more details on using a PayPoint card or to locate your nearest PayPoint outlet, please call us on 0800 954 0693 or 01926 516152.
Prepayment meters allow you to pay for your energy in advance. If you are thinking of switching to a prepayment meter or want some more details about the advantages and disadvantages, contact us on 0800 954 0693 or 01926 516 152.
If you are currently in receipt of Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance or Pension Credits, help with your energy bills may be available from the Governments ‘Fuel Direct’ scheme.
