I think my bill is wrong?

If you have not supplied a meter reading in time for your quarterly statement, we will use an ‘estimated’ reading.

If you believe this estimate is too high or too low, please provide us with an up-to-date meter reading. You can submit a meter reading through your energy online account or through our Online Meter Reading form

We will update your account and any adjustments will be reflected in your next scheduled statement. 

If you believe there is still a problem with your statement, please complete our Bill Query Form or call our team on 0800 954 0693 or 01926 516152. Our customer service advisors will work hard to get to the bottom of any issue as quickly as possible. It will usually help if you have a meter reading handy when you call.
