We ask our customers to regularly submit meter readings as this helps us to make sure that you’re only billed for the energy you’ve used.
If you haven't got a Smart Meter which automatically sends us your reading, there are several ways you can send it to us. Don’t forget, if you’re a member of the Midcounties Co-operative, you per 25 points per fuel up to 50 points for every meter read you submit.
- Log on to your online account and follow the instruction to enter your up-to-date reading.
