If I provide a meter reading, will it appear on my next bill?

If you provide a meter reading to us within 5 days leading up to your bill generation date, the bill will be accurate to this reading.

For example, if your bill is due to generate on the 10th June, you should submit readings at some point between the 5th and the 10th of June in order to ensure the bill is accurate.

All other meter readings submitted, if valid (i.e. within expected tolerance levels based on your previous consumption), will appear on the bill too.
