When is the best time for me to provide a meter reading?

In order to give you an accurate bill, we need to get a meter reading from you within 5 days of your bill being produced. We will usually send an email to remind you to do this - and it's important to get that reading to us in the right timeframe otherwise we'll bill you to an estimated reading.

For example, if your bill is due on the 10th of July, we would need your readings between the 5th and 10th of July in order to get you an accurate bill.
