How do I use my online account for the first time?

If you're a brand new customer, we'll send you an invitation to register your account once your switch is complete. There is no need to register an account before you have recieved this invitation. 

All you need to do is click on the link in the email and register your account using the email address we sent the invitation to. Once you're registered, you'll have instant access to your account online.
