What if I don’t want to use my online account?
If you are on an online tariff, you are required to manage all possible aspects of your account online. This is because the savings given to online-only customers include the savings we make in our contact centres. If you are an online only customer then you will need to use your online account to manage your energy.
If you are not on an online-only tariff, you do not need to use your online account, although we strongly suggest you do so as it is the quickest and easiest way to manage your account.
