Why has my bill been archived?
There are a couple of reasons why a bill may have been archived. Generally a bill that’s over 12 months old will be archived as standard. This bill is easily recoverable on request by clicking here.
Alternatively, you may find that a more recent or brand new bill has been archived. This usually happens if there was a technical problem when generating your bill. This will not be a symptom of anything wrong with your energy account. These are often resolved within 24 hours so we recommend waiting 24 hours and trying again.
