I’ve used my online account before but I can’t get in now
Don’t panic, we’ll get you set up again as quickly as possible. There may be a couple of reasons why this has happened including:
- Forgotten password or username
- Recent change of email address
- Technical fault

If you’ve recently changed your email address, you'll recieve a new invitation to re-register your account within 24 hours of the change taking place. All you need to do is click on the link in that email and register your account with your new details.
