I’m a new customer and I can’t log in
We automatically invite customers to register their accounts when they sign up so, as long as you provided a valid email address when you signed up, you should be set up automatically once your 14-day cooloff period has ended.
Once your energy account is set up, we'll send you an email invite to register your account. All you need to do is click on the link on the email, or here, and register your account using the email address we sent the invite to.
If you are having trouble or can’t remember your username or password, we can send a reminder out to you.
