I'm unable to login to my online account. What should I do?
If you are unable to login to your online account, make sure you’ve tried the following:
- Double-checked your username (usually the email address you used to sign up to Co-operative Energy) and your password (usually the password you provided us when signing up) are correct
- Remember the username and password are case sensitive
- Clicked on the ‘Forgotten Username’ or ‘Forgotten Password’ links on the login page and followed the instructions to get your details reset
