I have switched my payment methods, why has my standing charge changed?

All of our products and payment options accurately reflect the costs we face as a business. Direct Debit payments are the easiest and cheapest payment methods for us to process which is why Direct Debit options can be a little cheaper than if you choose to pay when you get your bill.

We are happy to accept other payment methods (including bank transfers, or via PayPoint) however these also cost us more to process and will result in a higher standing charge.

Please note that some of our tariffs exclusively require you to pay by Direct Debit so we can continue passing those savings onto you.

You can view all charges for your tariff and payment option through the tariff information labels (TILs) on your statement.
