What happens if I decide to change my payment method?
Please check the details of your tariff as some of our fixed term tariffs require Direct Debit payment as part of the terms and conditions. If you would like to switch between payment on receipt of bill (PORB) and Direct Debit payments, give us a call on 0800 093 7511 and speak with one of our customer service advisers who will be happy to help make the change to your account.
Switching between payment on receipt of bill (PORB) and Direct Debit payments can affect the standing charge on your account. The customer service adviser will give more details on this during your call.
As this will be a change to your contract with us, we’ll need to put certain information to you in writing and ask you to confirm that you’re happy for us to proceed.
