How do I use my online account for the first time?

If you have joined us since March 2015 and haven’t used your online account yet, you should have received an email to let you know what you need to do to get set up online. If not, click here to get in touch with us  and we’ll set you up.

If you’ve been with us since before March 2015 and haven’t used your online account since we switched to the new one in March, you should already have received an email to let you know what you need to do to get set up. If you haven’t had this message, first try logging in using the email address and password you gave us when signing up to the Co-operative Energy. If you are still having trouble, get in touch with us here and we’ll get everything working for you.
