I’m unable to leave meter reads. What should I do?
If you are getting an error message when trying to enter your meter readings, it could be that the readings you are trying to provide are much higher or lower than we would anticipate. This is a security measure to make sure your consumption, and therefore the amount you pay, is accurate.
Check your meter readings again and make sure there are no mistakes and if it still isn’t accepting the readings, click here and enter them on our online form. We will then be able to put your account back in order or be in touch if there are any issues.
