Once we’ve begun our nationwide rollout of smart meters, getting one installed in your home is really simple.
We will contact you via your preferred method of contact and arrange a time and date for an engineer to come to your home. We’ll also let you know how long the process will take and if there is anything specific you need to do beforehand.
On the installation day, just let the installer in and make sure they can easily access your traditional meters – they’ll do the rest. The whole process should take no more than a couple of hours.
