I’m moving into a property fitted with a Co-operative Energy Prepayment meter. What do I need to do?
When moving into a property we supply that has a prepayment meter, please call us at your earliest convenience to set up your new account. We will send out your new prepayment key or card.
We will also ensure that any debt on the meters at the property, from the date you take over responsibility of the account, is wiped before you make a top up.
