You should receive a letter in the post confirming your switch within a few days of switching to us. Following this letter, you will enter the 14 day cooling off period during which you may not hear from us. These 14 days give you an opportunity to cancel your switch and let us get your account set up behind the scenes. Once the 14 days are up, you should receive another welcome letter in the post which will confirm the start of your tariff with us.
