I’m a prepayment meter customer. Can I switch to the Fixed May 2017 tariff?

No. The Fixed May 2017 tariff is not available to prepayment meter customers. If you have been on a prepayment meter with us for minimum of two months and would be happy to pay charges to switch the meter to a credit meter, you would be able to join the Fixed May 2017 tariff.
