After a mandatory ‘cooling off’ period, we’ll get in touch with your existing supplier and let them know you’re switching to us. We’ll then agree a switchover date with your current supplier – usually four to six weeks from when you signed up.

When your switchover date arrives, we’ll ask you to provide us with a meter reading. This is so we can calculate your energy consumption from the date you switched over to us. We’ll also send this on to your previous supplier so they can provide your final bill.

Congratulations, you’re all switched over!
