Step-by-Step procedure – Moving into a property supplied by The Co-operative Energy
- Contact us when you move into the property with the meter readings from the day your liability started. We can be contacted on 0800 781 1605 or, alternatively you can complete our online form by clicking here.
- Provide us with the details we request so that we can set up an account for you.
- Once your account is set up you will receive a welcome letter from us with all the information you will need about your account.
- Initially, your account will be started on our Green Pioneer Standard tariff. There are cheaper tariffs available for payment by monthly Direct Debit. Our Sales team will advise you about this; they can be contacted on 0800 093 7511.
