Recently launched, our new website brings the latest in user friendly, responsive design to the forefront your customer experience.

Our new customer service and billing system is just around the corner

To further improve the services offered to you, we will shortly go live with a new customer service and billing system. The new system plays host to an array of new services, helping us to improve the day-to-day user experience you receive.

Manage your energy from your desktop, tablet and phone

The new system has also allowed us to make further improvements to your online account portal. You will soon be able to view bills, make payments and submit meter readings in just a few clicks!

In addition to the online services you are already familiar with, there will be a whole host of new applications for you to log into and explore.

Keep a look out for your new account number

You will shortly be sent a new account number. When your account number arrives, it will include full details on how to access your new online account. More details will follow soon.
