Co-operative Energy is on an awards roll after it was announced that the ethical energy supplier is a finalist in the coveted UK Customer Experience Awards 2012.
The announcement comes just two weeks after Co-operative Energy was named as a finalist in the European Call Centre and Customer Service awards.
Following a stringent judging process, which assessed how the customer experience is incorporated into the business and how it has positively impacted results, Co-operative Energy has been shortlisted in the Facilities Management and Utilities category alongside Big Six energy provider, EDF Energy. In the next stage of the assessment, Co-operative Energy will have to give a presentation to the judges before the winner is announced at an awards ceremony, which will be held at The Grand Connaught Room, London on Friday 21st September.

2012 is the International Year of the Co-operatives, which is focused on highlighting the strengths of the co-operative business model as an alternative means of doing business and furthering socio-economic development.
