Since last providing you with a full update of what’s happening at Co-operative Energy, a lot has happened.

Here’s what we’ve been up to:
1. We launched 3 new tariffs
Getting you the fair energy you deserve is what matters most to us, which is why both new and existing customers can switch to our competitive new tariffs as soon as they want.
2. We have reduced our Standard Variable Gas Rate
In line with our fair pricing policy, and following a review of wholesale energy costs and our tariff rates, we made a decision to reduce our gas prices. You won’t need to do anything to take advantage of the price reduction as it was automatically applied all relevant accounts on 21/03/2016.

3. We’ve continued to work hard behind the scenes
Our plans for further improvements across 2016 are now being worked towards on a daily basis.

We have invested in more customer service staff resulting in a significantly improved service to you, our customers. 90% of calls to our team are now answered within one minute, and our complaints levels are reducing. We will continue to make further improvements to ensure our customers receive the high level of service they expect and deserve.
