We’ve got lots of new services to help you stay safe, warm, and healthy throughout the cold winter months. Why not take a look?

Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)

Very soon, all GPs will be able to send your prescriptions electronically, to a pharmacy of your choice. In fact, your GP might already be using the service, which is fast, safe, and best of all free!

To make the most of EPS, all you need to do is pick a pharmacy near you. It’s entirely up to you where you choose, but if you select a Co-operative Healthcare pharmacy, you’ll be helping to support your community, too.

Flu jabs and remedies

Now that it’s November, flu season is most definitely upon us. But there’s no need to worry – your local Co-operative Healthcare can cover all your winter woes this year - from flu jabs to stop the bug in its tracks, to the essential remedies that’ll help you feel better if you do catch something.

The good news is that the flu jab is free for the following people:

  • Individuals aged 65+ years
  • Pregnant women
  • Carers in receipt of carer's allowance
  • Individuals aged 18-64 years who are in one of these clinical risk groups: respiratory disease, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, neurological disease, diabetes
