To help you remember to send us your meter readings, we’ll now email you just before we’re ready to produce your latest bill.
If you don’t have an email address registered to your account, you can do this easily. Just call us on Freephone: 0800 954 0693 and we’ll add it for you. We’ll then send you a meter read reminder email before each bill.
