Your new energy online account

If you’ve logged into your online account over the last 6 weeks, you’ll have noticed a new look and feel to your online experience.

However, we know that for many of our customers, it’s not been the improved experience we wanted to give you.

If you have had trouble with registering and logging into your new online account, the first and most important thing we would like to say is that we’re sorry. There have been many changes, and while the majority of updates have happened seamlessly, behind the scenes there have been a few issues that have affected a number of our customers.

Why did we need to change?

Our tariffs have become very popular, and more and more customers wanted to choose an energy supplier with values and ethics. So, we needed a system which could accommodate our growing numbers, and offer us a stable platform on which we could rely and make plans for the future. The online account service was part of this update.

We want to assure you that we are aware of the issues with the new online service, and we have a team working around the clock to get your account working the way we promised it would.

Once the new system is working as we’d intended, you will be able to submit your latest meter reads and review bills all in one place, at any time of day or night. You will also have the ability to track your usage throughout the year, to see where you could cut your energy consumption and make a few savings. We ask our customers to please bear with us as we complete our improvements and get back to being the service you know we can be. We will keep you updated as the improvements are put in place.

Registering your new online account

We have listened to your comments and suggestions, and over the next few weeks we’ll be automatically registering all customers who haven’t yet registered themselves. Keep a look out in your email for your new User Name and Password.
