If you would like to request a refund, you're in the right place. However, for those looking for a refund following your final bill, you don't need to request it from us here. We've put together a handy timeline so you can see when you will be getting your final refund.

Please note: whilst we're happy to refund any credits on your account, if you're a direct debit customer, a credit may be useful to help spread the cost across times when you may use more energy, such as the winter months.

In order to generate an accurate refund, please give us meter readings.

When giving a refund we will take into account your consumption & usage since your last bill.
