If you need a refund, we'll be happy to help. Simply fill in the form below and we'll process it as soon as possible. 

Please note: whilst we're happy to refund any credits on your account, if you're a direct debit customer, a credit may be useful to help spread the cost across times when you may use more energy, such as the winter months.

In order to generate an accurate refund, please give us meter readings.

When giving a refund we will take into account your consumption & usage since your last bill.
