If you receive paperless communications, we will email you when your latest statement is available. Log-on to your energy online account to view and download your latest statement.
If you didn’t receive notification of your latest statement, please remember to check your junk email folder, as our email may have been diverted there.
If you receive communications through the post and did not receive your latest statement, let us know through our Online Bill Request form and we’ll send you another copy immediately.
