I can’t see any information in my online account
If you have registered your account but can't see any account information, there may be a couple of reasons for this:
- You're a brand new customer and your energy account isn't quite set up yet
- The account was registered with an email address different to the one we have on file
If you're a brand new customer, try again in a couple of days as your account may not be fully set up yet. You can still manage your account in other ways so click here if you need to provide us with any information in the meantime.
When registering your online account, you must use the same email address that we have on file for you, otherwise your energy account won't be linked. Give us a call if you need to change your email address: 0800 954 0693
