I can’t see any information in my online account
If you have logged in for the first time after registering, you will need to enrol your energy account before you can see your online account. To do this, you will need to:
- Click on the ‘Enrol ‘ button
- Enter your energy account number and the password you gave us when you signed up
- Log out
- Log back in
If you have done all of this, and the issue is that you can see your account as normal just with no information in it, you will need to get in touch with us through the link below to get your account back up and running.
