I’m having trouble enrolling my account
If you need to enrol your account, you need to follow these steps:
- Click on the ‘Enrol ‘ button
- Enter your energy account number and the password you gave us when you signed up
- Log out
- Log back in
If you cannot remember your account number, you will find this on any bill or letter we have sent you. If you cannot remember your password, you will need to get in touch with us through the 'Conact Us' link below and we will change your password for you.
