I’m having trouble enrolling my account

You should be enrolled into your online account within 24 hours of signing up or changing your email address with us.

However, if you find yourself needing to enrol your account, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Click on the ‘Enrol ‘ button
  2. Enter your energy account number and the password you gave us when you signed up
  3. Log out
  4. Log back in

If you cannot remember your account number, you will find this on any bill or letter we have sent you. If you cannot remember your password, you will need to get in touch with us and we will change your password for you. Call 0800 954 0693  if you need to do this
