I'm unable to log in to my online account. What should I do?

If you are unable to log in to your online account, make sure you’ve tried the following:

  • Double-checked your username (the email address you used to sign up to Co-operative Energy) and your password 
  • Remember the username and password are case sensitive
  • Clicked on the ‘Forgotten Username’ or ‘Forgotten Password’ links on the login page and followed the instructions to get your details reset
