Your online account is designed not to accept readings if they are too far above or below the range we are expecting. This is to prevent you being landed with a massive bill. If the site is not accepting your readings it could be for one of the following reasons:
- The reading you have submitted is incorrect – check it and try again
- The reading submitted last month is incorrect
- An estimated reading in the previous month is incorrect
- The meter is faulty
