Customers with a 10 digit account number
If you're a new customer, or if you've been given a new account number (not starting in MCCOE) You're in the right place. You’re just a few minutes away from your new online energy account. All you need to do is follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Register for your personal online account
You need to register for your personal online account. Here you will enter your email address as your username and the password you gave to us when setting up your Co-operative Energy account.
Step 2: Enrol your Co-operative Energy account
To link your energy account up to your online account, you will need to enrol using your account number. To do this, simply log in with your email address and the password you registered with in step 1 and click on ‘Enrol’.
You will be asked for your new account number and to re-enter your password. Once you have done this you will need to log out and back in again for the changes to take effect, then you’re all set up.
You will only need to complete this process once. Next time you view your energy online account, head straight to the login page using your new login details.
