December service update

It has been a very busy year for us here at Co-operative Energy. But we’re not taking our foot off the pedal just yet, as we continue with our focus on service improvements.

But before we tell you about what we’ve been up to this month, we’d like to thank you for your support this year. We look forward to serving you in 2016 as we work even harder to bring you the energy service you deserve.

Call time improvements

This month has seen us yet again reduce the time it takes for you to get through to one of our advisers. The average time it took us to answer your calls in November was just 1.07 minutes. It’s all the result of increased colleague training, which has helped us get to the bottom of your queries on your first call – reducing waiting time overall. 

Online improvements

Whichever way you prefer to contact us, we want to make finding what you’re searching for as easy as possible. We’ve seen how you use the website, you’ve helped us in our research, and this month we’ve made a few changes, to make sure our site is quicker and easier to use than ever before. 

Our experts have been using a great deal of online behavioural science to create a new homepage that will assist you in your search. So whether you’re checking you’re on the best tariff for your needs, or you’re looking for a quick answer to your account questions, our new homepage will guide you every step of the way.

Over the next few months, we will also launch a new Help Centre on our website, which will conveniently hold answers to all your energy questions – plus our most up to date contact details – in one spot.

New look news page

You may have noticed our new look news page after receiving our October newsletter. We hope you like the new design and find it a little easier to get our latest updates, energy saving tips and more.

We’ll also soon be introducing a comments facility on articles, so you can get even more involved with the latest energy news. Keep an eye out for this feature, as we’d love to know your thoughts!
