The Midcounties Annual General Meeting 2015

Posted on 6 May 2015

Co-operative Energy will again be providing a comprehensive Energy Helpdesk at this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM). Midcounties members will have the opportunity to discuss areas surrounding the energy business. Members will also have the opportunity to discuss their personal energy accounts with a Co-operative Energy Adviser.

Below are just a few of the topics discussed by members at last year’s AGM:

  • Energy Saving advice for the home
  • Completing an energy comparison
  • Review of tariff and payment options
  • Our renewable energy mix
  • Issues with their personal energy account
  • The future of Co-operative Energy

Committed to making a positive impact

In our efforts to help our members and customers save time and money, this year’s AGM will also introduce the 2015 Warm Home Discount Scheme which entitles eligible customers to receive £140 off their winter fuel bills and our new energy saving advice line which offers simple and easy to manage energy cutting tips.

Meet the team

If you have any questions or ideas on how we can improve the Energy business, you will have the opportunity to meet the senior management team who will be present on the day. This exclusive member access will give you the opportunity to give your feedback direct to the people who are driving this business forward. Member feedback has played a huge part in shaping The Society as a whole and will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.

Open and transparent

The 2015 AGM will also provide you with the opportunity to hear more about Co-operative Energy’s performance in the last financial year, the implementation of our new customer service and billing system, and what the next 12-months holds for Co-operative Energy.

The power is in your hands

The Energy Helpdesk will also provide you with details about our User Chooser service. This ground breaking new service gives Co-operative Energy customers the option to choose how their electricity is generated. For more details on User Chooser visit: cooperativeenergyhub.co.uk
