As well as being committed to providing you with the fairest, most uncomplicated and transparent costs, we strive to make our tariffs straightforward and easy-to-understand. We’ll also make it as simple as possible for you to switch tariffs, ensuring the entire process is hassle-free.

On top of our commitment to our customers, we also care about the world we live in and endeavour to make our energy practices increasingly more sustainable. As such, we’ve ceased using energy generated from coal-fired power stations and aim to obtain 75% of our energy from renewable resources in the next three years.

In addition, we’ve also made it possible for our customers to choose where their energy comes from. Via our Energy Hub, you can decide how much of your energy comes from renewable resources, what type of renewable resources generate your electricity and where in the country your energy is generated. So, if you wish, you can choose to support local renewable energy projects near you.

As we are a co-operative, you also have a say in how our business is run. Our members have the power to decide everything from what we do with our profits to where we source our energy. To say thank-you, we reward our members once a year with a share of our profits.
