All you need to do is register with your new account number to your energy online account.

Activate your new online account

We recently sent you a communication with your new account number to register your new online account.

You’ll need to activate your new account number and password by completing our three step registration process. You will need your old account number to do this.

We will ask you your security questions and allocate you a password which you can change later.

Simply continue to ‘My Account' and you will be guided through the account re-registration process.

Online energy management is convenient, quick and secure. You can submit meter reads, and review bills all in one place, at any time of day or night. You will also have the ability to track your usage throughout the year to see where you could cut your energy consumption and make a few savings.

Even if it’s your first time, just follow the guide on how to re-register for your online account and enjoy managing your energy from your computer, phone and tablet.

If you don't use the online account service, you won’t need to take any action right away, but please make a note of your new account number for the next time you need to contact us.
